NFCOP Terms of Service

Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, purchasing credits, placing an order, or using NFCOP, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use NFCOP.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and login credentials secure and for ensuring that your billing, delivery, and contact information is accurate.

2. Custom orders

NFC and QR Code stickers are produced according to the quantity, artwork, logo, QR code, URL, Dynamic URL option, and delivery information you confirm when ordering.

You are responsible for reviewing these details before submitting your order.

Because Products are customised, orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed once production has started.

Minor variations in colour, positioning, print appearance, or dimensions may occur as part of normal production.

3. Orders and payments

Submitting an order does not require us to accept it. We may refuse or cancel an order before production because of payment issues, fraud, prohibited content, technical limitations, unavailable materials, or obvious pricing errors.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.

If we cancel a paid order for reasons unrelated to your breach of these Terms, we will refund the applicable payment or restore the relevant credits.

4. Credits

NFCOP may use account credits for eligible Products or Services.

• Credits have no cash value.
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Credits cannot be transferred unless we expressly allow it.
• Credits may only be used within NFCOP.

Unless stated otherwise when purchased, paid credits do not expire.

We may adjust credit balances following refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, fraud, duplicate crediting, or technical errors.

5. Refunds and defective Products

Because NFCOP Products are customised, we do not generally offer refunds for customer errors or changes of mind after production begins.

If a Product is materially defective, damaged on delivery, or manufactured differently from your confirmed order because of an NFCOP error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with reasonable evidence of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, reprint, credit, or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Dynamic URLs

When you select a Dynamic URL, your NFC sticker is encoded with an NFCOP-managed URL that redirects to a destination URL saved in your account, while the matching QR Code sticker can point visitors to the same destination.

While the service remains available, you may change the destination without reprogramming the sticker.

The URL encoded on the sticker may remain fixed, but this does not mean that NFCOP guarantees lifetime or permanent hosting or redirection.

We may suspend or disable Dynamic URLs where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.

6A. Dynamic URL destination content

Dynamic URLs must only redirect to lawful, appropriate, and safe destination content.

You must not use a Dynamic URL to redirect to content or services that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, abusive, hateful, violent, exploitative, infringing, malicious, or adult-oriented.

This includes, without limitation:

• pornographic, sexually explicit, adult entertainment, escort, or sexual services content;
• content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any form of abuse;
• illegal goods or services, controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit products, or unlawful gambling;
• malware, phishing, credential harvesting, scams, spam, or deceptive redirects;
• content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights; and
• content that promotes hatred, harassment, self-harm, violence, extremism, or unlawful activity.

Dynamic URLs that do not respect these Terms may be deactivated.

We may review, refuse, suspend, disable, or remove any Dynamic URL or destination that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, creates legal or reputational risk, affects platform safety, or may harm NFCOP, users, visitors, partners, or third parties.

7. Your URLs and content

You are responsible for all URLs, logos, images, QR codes, artwork, and other content you submit.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

You must not use NFCOP for content or destinations that are unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, malicious, abusive, or harmful.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, print, encode, and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to provide NFCOP and fulfil your orders.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use NFCOP to:

• distribute malware or phishing links;
• commit fraud or impersonate others deceptively;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the platform;
• manipulate NFCOP systems or statistics;
• scrape the service at unreasonable scale; or
• violate applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, orders, files, URLs, or services that violate these Terms or create legal, fraud, or security risks.

9. NFC compatibility

NFC performance may vary depending on the device, operating system, NFC settings, sticker placement, surrounding materials, protective cases, and other technical or environmental factors.

Not all devices support NFC, and we do not guarantee identical behaviour across all devices.

10. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Third-party services

NFCOP may rely on third-party providers for payments, authentication, hosting, analytics, email, production, and shipping.

Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the NFCOP Privacy Policy.

By using NFCOP, you acknowledge that we may process information necessary to operate accounts, orders, payments, delivery, Dynamic URLs, security, analytics, and customer support.

13. Service availability and changes

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue NFCOP features, including pricing, credits, Dynamic URLs, analytics, and account functions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Changes to future pricing or credit requirements will not change the agreed price of an order already accepted by us.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NFCOP and AR Code Pte. Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of NFCOP, Products, Dynamic URLs, third-party services, or destination websites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a Product order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Termination

You may stop using NFCOP at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where an account is used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in material breach of these Terms.

Termination may cause associated Dynamic URLs and account services to stop working.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will show its effective date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes relating to NFCOP or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
