How do credit purchases work?
Choose a pack to open secure Stripe Checkout. After payment succeeds, credits are added automatically to the account email used for checkout.
Do you store payment card details?
No. Stripe processes the payment securely, and NFCOP does not collect or store card details.
How can I receive an invoice for my company?
An invoice is automatically generated for every credit purchase and sent to the email address registered on your account.
When completing your payment, please select “I’m purchasing as a business” and enter your company details accurately in the required fields. This will ensure that your invoice is issued with the correct billing information.
How many credits for one NFC & QR sticker bundle?
One printed NFC sticker with its matching QR Code sticker uses 5 credits. Delivery is free and does not use account credits.
What about delivery cost?
Sticker delivery is free.
Does Dynamic URL cost extra?
No. Dynamic URL can be selected for any sticker in your order and uses the same sticker credits. This feature is optional.
