This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you use NFCOP.

Information we collect

• uploaded logos, artwork, QR codes, and destination URLs;
• payment status and transaction references;

• technical and security information related to your use of NFCOP.

Payment card details are processed by providers such as Stripe and are not stored directly by NFCOP.

Dynamic URLs and analytics

When a Dynamic URL is accessed, we may record information such as the scan time, associated URL or order, hashed IP address, hashed user-agent information, and referring source.

We use this information to provide scan statistics, operate redirects, improve reliability, and prevent abuse.

How we use information

We use personal data to:

• operate and secure accounts;
• process payments and credits;
• produce and deliver orders;
• operate Dynamic URLs and scan statistics;
• provide customer support;
• prevent fraud and abuse; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Service providers

We may share necessary information with trusted providers supporting payments, authentication, hosting, email, analytics, printing, fulfilment, and shipping.
